Diverse Corporate Technologies was established in 1995 as Integrity Plastics, Inc. with business phone systems being sold across the United States. The corporation later became involved with the manufacturing of plastic phone parts. A second corporation, Mega Communication, Inc., was also begun in 1995 with the installation and support of phone communication systems. In May 2001, Integrity Plastics Inc. and Mega Communications Inc. merged together to form Diverse Corporate Technologies, Inc.

Through the merger, Diverse Corporate Technologies expanded service offerings to include complete communication services for all voice and data needs. This coupled with an already strong telecommunication equipment provisioning allowed Diverse Corporate Technologies to provide “Full Service” to our client base by being a one-source supplier of manufactured parts, new and used telephone equipment, and complete installation services from copper to fiber optic.

The corporation expanded rapidly to become very diverse in many ways. Operations were started in injection molding, manufacturing and installation of cultured marble and natural granite products, sales and installation of phone, computer, and network systems.

The corporation also expanded to offering Information Technology solutions proving help desk services, Wide Area Networks, (WAN), and IT solutions to our client base. Operations were also started through its sister company in Brazil. This company, CODENET, has two locations, one in Sao Paulo, and the other in Jundiai, Brazil. Through these locations, Information technology solutions are provided locally and internationally as well.

In our efforts to be a one-source supplier of business communication services, Diverse Corporate Technologies began offering a DVB-RCS solution that offers a high performance, two-way, satellite-based Internet service enabling interactive Broadband IP and multicasting applications including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), video, and virtual private networks (VPN).

Diverse Corporate Technologies has positioned itself to become a one-source supplier of business communication and information technology services.
